Selection Awars criteria

Specific judging criteria will be as per the category, some of the parameters such as:

  • Leadership: Please provide examples of your/ the nominated individual’s leadership qualities.
  • People Development: Have you/ the nominated individual been involved in the development of your business / organizations staff? If so, please outline and provide examples
  • Level of role in Organization: Please outline your/ the nominated individual’s current role in your organisation, and also other relevant roles held
  • Use of Technology / Digitalization: Have you/ the nominated individual introduced any new technologyor innovations in your role? If so, please outline and explain the benefits provided.
  • Success/Achievements in role: Please outline your / nominated individual’s success stories/achievements in your current role.
  • Transformation: The challenge? What was achieved? And a description of what is regarded as Transformation in this context.
  • Applicant’s successful journey and efforts for the development of business and related activities.
  • Initiatives for growth and transformation of SMEs, enterprises, institutions and corporates. Utilization of unique leadership qualities for sustainable and profitable growth. Better Business Management Practices & Good Governance & adoption of business ethics. Efforts and contributions towards economic and industrial growth, society and Nation building.
  • Improvement of quality & quantitative services, transformation in operational system, unique strategies for marketing, branding, promotions and other value additions for better business growth. Quality Assurance and improvement of quality services.
  • Innovations and Inventions and their Commercialisation. Exclusive research & development of product design, Adoption of advanced & patented technology, technology development for quality productivity and better services.
  • Unique marketing, promotion and branding strategies for the improvement of sales & profits.
  • Social commitment or contribution for the growth & empowerment of SMEs or Young / Women Entrepreneurs or Start-Ups (by mentoring, guidance, internship and providing business leads).
