This journey from being a MBA who left his high profile job to follow his heart has been quite incredible. From being a founder of multiple start-ups to being a social activist, start-up mentor, ted-x speaker has been one hell of a roller coaster ride till date. It all started in the year 2014, when Indrashish, 25 then finally decided to quit his high profile job to make his dream come true. Need Websites was the venture he started from investing from all his savings. The goal of Need Websites was to support small to medium scaled businesses globally to achieve the best on-line presence at the most affordable rates.
However, no success is sweet if it’s not challenged with hard times. Need Websites also had its own share of struggle. However, what helped the venture to survive and establish itself in the last 6 to 7 years is the commitment towards delivering the best to its clients. Regardless of the size of the project, every project is dealt with the utmost care and diligence. The company follows the motto “Customer is the King” to the T. Hence the most important factor for any start-up to survive and grow is the area of pain the venture want to address and how committed and updated the venture keeps itself to serve its clients.
In the year 2016 Need Websites was awarded as one of the top 10 startups from a leading startup incubation forum. With every passing year, Need Websites evolved in terms of introducing new services. The journey which started from developing websites by late 2019 started delivering services on App Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing (SEO,SMO,SEM,SMM) and by early 2020 Need Websites has also started a different wing which focuses on 2D and 3D animation, VFX and also caters to various other video making services.
In all these years Need Websites now registered under the banner Bariza Software Solutions LLP has successfully served above 2000 clients globally. One of the most important aspects of any start-up to survive is a smart way of handling the fianance of the company. Being a certified six-sigma green belt holder Indrashish always uses the proven sixsigma techniques to delete error from the entire process and it has really helped him to manage the finance of the company and lead the company towards achieving enormous growth in the last 6 years.
The journey of Indrashish as an entrepreneur will be incomplete if we do not mention about Indian Women and Youth Skills Foundation, an organization founded by him to enhance women and youth empowerment along with spreading literacy among underprivileged children. IWYSF current looks after above 300 children in 4 different schools along with its partner NGOs and last year IWYSF started it’s first pre-school for slum children where other than imparting education the foundation also takes care of mid-day meals of around 45 underprivileged children. Besides that, IWYSF also works with the State Government on many social projects.
One thing every entrepreneur should remember, in order to succeed as an entrepreneur. You need to be extremely patient and most important persevere regardless of the challenging situation that heads your way. You have to get accustomed to the habit of taking quick practical decisions for the welfare of your company. Focus on your finance and avoid burning out your cash. However, the most important point to remember is that always treat your customer as a king. A happy customer is the best recipe for a successful startup. And once you make it, give it back to society, your journey will never be complete until you do that.
