The technology enables a passenger to book their tickets through their mobile (feature or smartphone). Contactless tickets generated through the system reduces the risk of COVID transmission by 95%.
Any bus operator can install the Chalo mobile technology solution for their intra-city bus routes in three simple steps. One, sign on the agreement and provide a fare stage table. Second, train the crew with Chalo’s assistance. Third, enable the bus tickets to be booked through the app. The entire process takes less than three days to implement.and activated.
