The 4th edition of Women Power 2019, organized by the Billennium Divas Fund Pvt.Ltd in association with Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), a day long mega conference celebrated the true spirit of Women Empowerment in style for Women led / co-founded Entrepreneurs / Startups, which concluded on 07th September 2019 at EDII, Ahmedabad with a thundering applause. According to a Global Report on Women and Entrepreneurship there are still less female entrepreneurs than their male counterparts. In most economies around the world, there are fewer women than men starting and running new businesses, but there are even fewer running mature ones.

The daylong Conference aims to understand the day to day problems faced by women who are looking forward to a career as a successful entrepreneur. Even though it has been predicted that there would be a higher number of women entrepreneurs than men by 2020 around the world, the hard truth presents itself in the form of challenges, some of which is the lack of support from family and less investor funding, to name a few. In today’s day, women have proved that they can succeed in everything as men have. But there are still some social issues that have kept them on the back foot when it comes to starting their businesses. Work-life balance and expectation to succeed at everything adds an extra pressure to the woman who just wants to be self-sufficient.
