Nehal Nayak is a home chef and auditioned for MasterChef India three times; she currently serves as the vice president of the Home Chef Association.
Nehal’s journey started at the age of 19 when she went from cooking at home to winning Master Chef (from the Passion of Cooking). On winning, they honoured her with a trophy and a chef’s coat. During this journey, she has participated in many events organized by celebrity chefs like Sanjeev Kapoor, Ranveer Brar, Ripu Daman Handa, Vikcey Ratnani, Rakhi, Vikas Khanna, Kunal Kapoor, Hardipaingh Sokhi, Kaninka Mehta, Nikita Gandhi, and many more. She got honoured by getting certificates and medals for winning or participating in events or cooking competitions. To name a few, like Kitchen Kalakar and Rasoi Ni MahaRani.
Nehal Nayak has regularly conducted many cooking TV shows on Gujarati TV channels to showcase his recipes. She has organized many cooking competitions, workshops, and events as VP of the Homechef Association, which includes two attempts for the Limca Book of Records. She has judged many cooking competitions, done administrative work for POC, and been part of the chef’s choice of India. Before COVID, as a home chef, she was taking online orders to supply food for customers. As part of her extracurricular activities, she participated in Mrs. Gujarat’s event and stood as runner-up in the same. All multifaceted personalities have a passion for cooking.
