Advantage Club secured $1M led by growX Ventures

Advantage Club which is a Gurgaon based an employee perks and rewards platform has now revealed that it has secured a funding of $1 Million in the Pre Series A round led by the growX Ventures with the participation from the Sprout Venture Partners, Axilor Ventures and some other angel investors.

Some of the existing investors also participated in the round. 

With our employee-first product strategy and through personalised, data mining, and smart analytics, we give customers a one-of-a-kind experience. We have learned that perks and rewards cannot be one-size-fits-all across corporate, as employees from different companies have different needs, although employees within the same company tend to look for/behave in a similar manner. We will be deploying this growth capital to build deeper insights, and also to become a more holistic benefit platform for employees catering to their wellness, financial, and experiential needs.”

The company which is launched in 2016 by the Smiti Bhatt Deborah and Sourabh Deborah, it is an HR tech platform that helps the corporates to improve the employee engagement and retention by offering the rewards, recognition, and perks.

The startup as of now offers around 10000+ brands, which include the Myntra, Samsung, Faasos, PNB Housing, Apollo Pharmacy, and others. With around 250+ corporate companies which include the Mphasis, DXC, Concentrix, EY, it helps the organisations to elevate the employee engagement, enabling the brands to identify, target and run the data-driven campaigns.
