The Beginning
Ishita Ramani began her career as an intern with one of the largest Chartered
Accountant Firm, when she saw that there were vast sectors of legal services with few
vendors. There were numerous areas where people needed expertise and legal advice
but did not know where to go, so she decided to develop a company that would provide
end-to-end assistance and support to businesses.
She had the understanding and eyes of an eagle in the early stages of her profession,
and she could spot the flaws in any perfectly looking assignment/project that kept it
from being a failure. Rather, she took charge and make sure there was no place for any
of the team members to make mistakes, and she was on her way to starting her
entrepreneurial path in no time, and she ultimately began her career as an entrepreneur
in 2016, and named it’s business venture “EbizFiling”.

Ebizfiling India Private Limited was previously only an idea, an idea to provide some sort
of assistance to persons seeking help with business and legal difficulties in India via an
online platform. And now, not only in India, but also globally, that same concept has
manifested itself in the form of a complete business solutions arena. With that

Obstacles Faced
EbizFiling’s members were specialists in law and secretarial compliance, but as an online platform, there is a need to establish technical infrastructure, which required bringing on a technical expert, which proved to be a difficult task, but as the saying goes, “When there is a will, there is a way.” They found a technical team members after a lot of hustling, and everything took about 3 months for all the preparations and setup. Finally, in November 2016, “Ebizfiling India Private Limited” took its first flight of success that never landed on the ground because Ishita Ramani believes success is a never-ending process.
